ACIT and Schneider Electric share experience in human resource management

On April 24, 2025, Asia Industrial Technology Joint Stock Company (ACIT) welcomed the East Asia Human Resources Management Board of Schneider Electric (SE) Group to visit, learn, exchange and share about the corporate culture as well as human resource management of the two companies.


Mr. Pham Dinh Thang - Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of ACIT welcomed the SE leadership.

          The senior leadership delegation in charge of human resources of SE includes Vice Presidents, Directors, Department Heads, and Senior Human Resources Managers of the entire group in the East Asia region. Welcoming the delegation was Mr. Pham Dinh Thang - Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of ACIT and representatives of the relevant departments of the company.

At the meeting, ACIT representatives introduced in detail the nearly two-decade meaningful cooperation journey between ACIT and Schneider Electric, and shared experiences in human resource management according to the ladder model, effectively applied to nearly 1,000 employees from the office to the production sector. SE's senior leadership delegation shared about youth training programs, talent attraction strategies, vacation regimes as well as KPI goals related to human resources in the group's apparatus.

After the in-depth discussion on management, ACIT respectfully invited SE leaders to visit the office headquarters and enjoy an office lunch with all employees of the Company. SE leaders expressed their admiration for ACIT's modern facilities, professional working environment, and employee benefits. The exchange is a testament to the good and long-term cooperative relationship between two close partners ACIT and SE.
