Acit participates in fpt's project of vietnam's largest data center

On the morning of August 20, 2025, FPT Telecom jubilantly opened FPT Fornix HCM02 Data Center in Ho Chi Minh City. ACIT is responsible for supplying equipment and installing electrical systems, BMS monitoring and management systems, building lighting, and accompanying FPT in building the largest data center in Vietnam.

FPT Fornix HCM02 Data Center Project is located at Lot T2-5, D1 Street, High-Tech Park, Tang Nhon Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. With a construction land area of about 10,000 m², the scale includes 1 basement, 8 floors and 1 attic, the total construction floor area is about 24,200 m². The project is invested by FPT Telecommunication Technology Joint Stock Company, aiming to build the largest data center in the country, meeting the increasing demand for digital transformation.

When operational, the center will provide 3,600 racks (network equipment cabinets) and is expected to add 476 racks, an increase of 13%, bringing the total number of racks to 4,076 racks to meet the needs of storing and processing huge data. This is the first data center in Vietnam designed according to Leed Certification standards - an international standard for green architecture, demonstrating FPT's commitment to building sustainable and energy-saving infrastructure. In particular, the application of DRUPS (Dynamic Rotary UPS) technology to replace traditional batteries helps improve performance, increase durability and reduce environmental impact. The center is also designed according to the international standard Uptime Institute Tier III (Designed) to ensure stable operation and long-term data security.
