PRODUCTION SCALE

ACIT laid the foundation for the past 19 years of development by participating in the electrical equipment manufacturing sector, with the goal of becoming a leading enterprise in Vietnam providing optimal solutions for domestic power energy development and international reach.

The company has invested, built and put into operation 4 factories producing different product lines. All 4 factories are equipped with modern machinery lines, advanced production processes, 4.0 technology application, 5S management model, ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system, environmental management system 14001: 2015 to bring high quality products to the market, recognized internationally by the Type Test certificate of Kema - one of the three most prestigious testing, inspection and certification organizations in the world.

QUAT DONG FACTORY NO. 01 AND 02

Address: Lot CN3A & Lot CN1B Quat Dong Industrial Zone, Thuong Phuc Village, Hanoi.

In operation in 2016 and 2017.
These two factories are equipped with machinery lines of Amanda, Bystronic from Japan and Switzerland.
Manufacturing product lines:
- MSB panels to 6300A. Production capacity: 3000 compartments/year.
- Distribution panels, capacitor panels. Production capacity: 25,000 panels/year.
- Kiosk station, one pillar station. Production capacity: 200 stations/year.

HOA LAC FACTORY NO. 01

Address: Lot CN1-11B-3 CNC1 Zone, Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, Hoa Lac Village, Hanoi.

In operation in 2020.
This high-tech factory is invested with a modern machinery line applying 4.0 technology, a fully automatic machine line provided by Amada - Japan.
Manufacturing product lines:
- Medium voltage panels of 40.5kV and 24kV. Capacity: 2500 panels/year.
- Control and protection panels, ACDC, information panels. Capacity for 50 substations of 110kV, 220kV, 500kV.

HOA LAC FACTORY NO. 02

Currently, ACIT has finished building Hoa Lac Factory No. 2 in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park. This is the factory which is invested most strongly and synchronously ever.

- Address: Lot CN1-11B-2, CNC1 Park, Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, Hoa Lac Village, Hanoi.

- In operation in 2024.

Manufacturing high-tech equipment such as: Medium-voltage GIS panels, Smart Grids integrated control and protection system for substations up to 500kV, medium voltage panels of 24kV, 38.5kV integrated Smart Grid system and low voltage Senplus panels integrates Smart Grids system. Design capacity of the factory reaches 3,500 -5,000 panels/year.

ACIT factories have modern production lines, the steps of the process are strictly controlled by the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015 with the support of 5s model. All factories apply the ISO 14000: 2015 environmental protection system to ensure environmental and health standards for employees.
