ACIT Production Division reviews first six months of 2026, looking forward to celebrating the company's 20th anniversary.

In late May, as the summer sun began to shine brightly, all employees of ACIT's Production Division, including those from the Hoa Lac and Quat Dong factories, flocked to Cua Lo beach in Nghe An province for a mid-year review and team-building trip for 2026. This is an annual activity of ACIT aimed at evaluating the progress, operational efficiency, and product quality at the factories, while also strengthening solidarity and providing renewed energy for the final six months of the year.

In the first half of 2026, thanks to the trust of our partners and the influx of orders with increasingly high quality requirements, the staff at our factories worked tirelessly, striving to meet production targets and ensure timely delivery to projects, earning the trust and satisfaction of our customers. After hours of serious and enthusiastic work, this is the time for the employees to relax in the vast expanse of the sea, participate in exciting team-building games, rejuvenate their energy, and gain inspiration to work even better when they return to the factory.

More specifically, this is one of the flagship activities in a series of events held throughout this year with the theme "Stepping Towards the Future" to celebrate the company's 20th anniversary (November 21, 2006 – November 22, 2026). Therefore, the event was meaningful, vibrant, and received enthusiastic participation from all employees despite the somewhat harsh weather.

The 2026 Production Division's mid-year review and team-building trip concluded successfully, leaving many profound memories in the hearts of each member. The close attention and support from the company's leadership were not only a meaningful reward after hours of hard work, but also a great source of encouragement for the employees of the Production Division.
