Facing the increasingly complicated developments of the Covid 19 pandemic, along with the continuous application of social distancing directives, A Chau Industrial Technology Joint Stock Company promptly prepared an emergency response plan in the new situation.
For the office organization, the Company increases the number of staffs and employees working from home to the maximum, but still takes measures to ensure the quality of work. Along with that, closely monitor each person's travel schedule and daily medical declaration to promptly detect and minimize the risk of infection (if any).
For the Production organization, the Company decided to put all 3 factories including 2 Quat Dong 1, 2 and Hoa Lac factories into operation according to the 3 - in- place plan (production, dining, sleeping in place) to create safe production zones, isolate from disease risks, protect production and supply chains, and maintain jobs for workers while still ensuring social distancing regulations. The company simultaneously renovated and upgraded the infrastructure of factories such as: allocating production and living areas, renovating to serve employees according to the regulations on social distancing. At the same time, being aware of the difficulties and disadvantages when working in the context of social distancing, the Company has paid close attention to and cares for employees by ensuring to capture and meet each little demand in order to build assurance and trust in the Company, thereby bringing the production line into stability. In addition, the Company also focuses on internal communication, propaganda about the importance of 5K, raising awareness and sense of self-protection for each individual.
With the right and timely orientation, up to now, the Company has been maintaining stable business and production activities and protecting the health of employees. To achieve this, the Company accepts all costs incurred because the Company understands that if the disease prevention is not done well, the economic and even human losses could be much greater.
