Acit accelerates production and business recovery in the new situation

At the end of September 2021, after Hanoi city flexibly adjusted epidemic prevention and control measures, businesses in Hanoi actively caught up, boosted production and business, contributed to maintaining jobs, ensuring income and stabilizing life for employees.

A Chau Industrial Technology Joint Stock Company (ACIT) is also not out of that rotation. The company has gradually restored production and business activities to complete the target of the last 3 months of the year. For the Office Division, instead of allowing employees to work online to the maximum extent, the Company has gradually allowed employees to return to the office but still ensure as directed by the Hanoi People's Committee.

Quat Dong factory workers return to work on the day

For the Production Division, the Company stopped option 3 on the spot and let more than 80% of workers go back to work. Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy - Director of Quat Dong Factory (ACIT) said that the flexible adjustment of the City has helped the Company to reduce a lot of investment costs, freeing up thoughts for workers.

"To ensure safe production, before going back to work, all workers must sign a commitment with the company, have PCR tests and all have negative results for SARS-CoV-2 virus" - Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy added.

After Hanoi implemented the goal of vaccinating 100% of people over 18 years old by September 15 , all ACIT's employees were also vaccinated. Facilitating production activities, the Company always reminds employees to comply with 5K. The company's goal is to develop production as usual, even further to meet all customer needs. Especially, at all costs, the company must control the quality of products very well.
