On May 19, 2026, the Lanexang Avani+ Hotel (Vientiane, Laos) commenced trial operation and entered the commercial operation phase. ACIT was the general contractor for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, implementing the entire technical system of the project.
Lanexang Avani+ Hotel (Vientiane, Laos) is located on Fa Ngum Road, near the main Lane Xang thoroughfare – the historical center, adjacent to many of the city's prominent cultural, administrative, and tourist landmarks. The hotel boasts a prime location, being only about 15 minutes from Wattay International Airport, and also close to Chao Anouvong Park and the famous Mekong River.

Lanexang Avani+, developed by Thatluang Phatthana Co., Ltd., spans nearly 13,000m² and is designed as a 5-star luxury resort and conference hotel, combining modern architecture with the distinctive local culture of Laos. The hotel boasts nearly 200 rooms and suites, integrating a range of amenities such as restaurants, bars, swimming pools, a spa, a fitness center, and large conference halls capable of hosting diplomatic events and international conferences.

ACIT was entrusted by the investor with the role of general contractor for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), directly implementing all key technical items including: HVAC system, power and lighting systems, fire protection, water supply and drainage, low-voltage electrical systems, elevators, water filtration system, swimming pool and wastewater treatment.
For a world-class hotel operating 24/7, the mechanical and electrical (MEP) system acts as the "heart and bloodstream" of the entire building. Not only does it ensure operational stability, but the MEP system also directly impacts the guest experience, energy efficiency, fire safety, and the long-term profitability of the project. During implementation, ACIT synchronized medium and low voltage electrical solutions, optimized load distribution, and provided backup power to ensure continuous operation for the entire hotel. The integrated low-voltage electrical system enhances intelligent operational management, security control, and optimizes the customer experience. Simultaneously, ACIT implemented the HVAC system according to rigorous technical standards to maintain stable air quality, optimize cooling performance, and save energy for this large-scale project in a tropical climate. In addition, fire protection, water supply and drainage, wastewater treatment, and water filtration systems are also constructed to meet the highest environmental standards.
