Talking to the Capital Labor Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy - Director of Quat Dong Factory (Quat Dong Industrial Complex, Thuong Tin District, Hanoi) said that up to this moment, A Chau Industrial Technology Joint Stock Company still receives orders of manufacturing electrical panels from partners. To maintain the production during social distancing, the Company has also applied the "3- in -place " model. The company arranged 9 dorm rooms, fully equipped with tents, fans, blankets, pillows and personal belongings for more than 130 employees in this project.

Mr. Huy also said: “For workers who temporarily stay at home, they still get a salary of VND 200,000 /day; workers working at the factory under the "3 -in-place" model, in addition to salary, will receive an additional allowance of 100,000 - 150,000 VND/day; All meals of employees are also paid in full by the Company. Implementing "3-in-place", the Company invested a considerable amount for initial infrastructure costs and testing costs while labor productivity decreased because only more than 40% of employees worked. Despite facing numerous difficulties, both employees and the company are always together and share to maintain production, keep orders for revenue to ensure income of employees.
