Science and technology activities have initially created a favorable environment for the innovation ecosystem. Many scientific research and technology development centers of large economic groups as well as research institutes and universities have come into operation. Especially, the National Innovation Center (NIC) was officially started construction on January 9, 2021. It is expected that when completed, it will attract resources to further strengthen the innovation ecosystem in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park in particular and Vietnam in general.

According to Minister of Science and Technology Huynh Thanh Dat, so that this place become an attractive destination to attract domestic and international high-tech investment projects, it is necessary to pay attention and support to mechanisms and policies of many agencies, departments and branches of the National Assembly and the Government; the close coordination of central agencies as well as the continued attention and facilitation of Hanoi city.
