Passenger Terminal T3 - Tan Son Nhat International Airport is located on Phan Thuc Duyen extended street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, invested by Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) with a capital of nearly 11,000 billion VND. The project has a scale of 1 basement and 4 floors, with a total construction floor area of 112,500 m². The project includes 90 traditional check-in counters, 20 automatic baggage drop counters, 42 self-service check-in kiosks, 27 aircraft gates (13 telescopic doors and 14 bus doors), along with a system of overpasses, high-rise parking lots and modern aircraft parking lots.

When put into operation, Terminal T3 will serve about 20 million passengers/year, equivalent to 7,000 passengers/peak hour, increasing the total operating capacity of Tan Son Nhat International Airport to 50 million passengers/year, contributing to bringing Tan Son Nhat closer to the goal of becoming a leading aviation center in Asia.

For this project, ACIT is responsible for supplying and installing electrical systems, low voltage systems, lighting systems for the Terminal, etc. to ensure stable and safe operation of the technical infrastructure. ACIT is very proud that the products supplied for the project are mostly manufactured from ACIT factories such as medium voltage cabinets, low voltage cabinets, cable tray systems, etc. This is a very clear demonstration of ACIT's production capacity when the products are trusted for key projects such as Passenger Terminal T3 with the most stringent requirements on quality, stability, safety as well as ensuring aesthetics.

The journey of ACIT's project implementation was not easy. ACIT's technical staff and workers "stayed in the dark" at the construction site, working continuously day and night, during holidays and Tet, in harsh weather conditions, under pressure of urgent progress and high technical requirements, requiring the ACIT team to always maintain a strong spirit and high precision. Many young engineers shared that there were days when they only took a few hours of sleep at the construction site to save time and then continued working, but the pride of contributing to a key national project gave them the motivation to overcome all difficulties. Recognizing the importance of the project, ACIT's Board of Directors always paid attention and closely directed the entire project, directly went to the construction site many times to encourage morale, check progress and promptly support all resources so that the construction team could confidently carry out the work.

Thanks to the dedication and sense of responsibility of the Board of Directors, engineers, workers, and close coordination with other contractors and investors, ACIT has made a "double" of progress by successfully energizing the power supply 30 days in advance and continuing to contribute to helping the station complete and welcome passengers early on April 17, 2025, 2 months ahead of schedule. In particular, this is a key national project to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), so the completion ahead of schedule makes the meaning of the project even more sacred and proud.

The T3 Passenger Terminal Project – Tan Son Nhat International Airport is an important step in the process of modernizing Vietnam’s aviation infrastructure. With a small but meaningful role, ACIT has contributed to the creation of a project of national stature. In the journey ahead, ACIT will continue to make unceasing efforts to accompany large projects, contributing to building an increasingly prosperous and modern country.
