Bau Zon Solar Power Plant Project

    On August 5, 2020, Bau Zon solar power plant was officially put into commercial operation (COD). This is a factory invested by A Chau Industrial Technology Joint Stock Company (ACIT), built on a land with a total area of ​​29 hectares in Phuoc Huu commune, Ninh Phuoc district, Ninh Thuan province. The   total capacity is 25,031 MWp, the total investment is about VND 500 billion. When putting into operation, the plant supplies about 45 million kWh/year of electricity to the national grid. In addition to traditional fields such as manufacturing and supplying electrical panel systems and substations, etc., ACIT first participated in the field of renewable energy investment, initially achieved certain successes.

    Bau Zon solar power plant project was granted the investment policy decision by Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee on May 18, 2018 and was put into commercial operation on schedule. This is one of the key projects of Ninh Thuan province with the goal of supplementing the national electricity output, increasing the proportion of renewable energy in the power system according to the Government's orientation, contributing to creating jobs, socio-economic development of the project area in particular and Ninh Thuan province in general.
