Cu Mong road tunnel project

      Cu Mong Tunnel which is one of 4 national key traffic works (Cu Mong road Tunnel, Cat Linh- Ha Dong Railway, Bac Giang – Lang Son Highway, Vam Cong Bridge) was completed and put into use in 2019.

     Co Mong Road Tunnel is the third longest tunnel in the road tunnel project through Deo Ca (including: Deo Ca, Co Ma, Cu Mong, Hai Van 2), invested by Deo Ca Investment Joint Stock company (under Deo Ca Group). The project has a total length of 6.62km (4.02km long path, 2.6km long Cu Mong Tunnel), design speed of 80km/h, total investment of VND 3,921 billion (made from reduced capital of Deo Ca Tunnel Project), in the form of BOT.

      Along with the scaling up and investing strongly in traditional business activities, ACIT continues investment scale-up in new areas to create sustainable and long term development. ACIT is not only the supplier and installer of electrical systems, SCADA, lighting, and ventilation systems but also directly participates in investment cooperation as an investor for this key project.

     Cu Mong Tunnel Project is similar in scale to Deo Ca Tunnel (2 tunnel tubes are separated by 30m, each tube is nearly 10m wide, including 2 car lanes, safety strip, maintenance road).

      Along with Hai Van and Deo Ca Tunnel, Cu Mong Tunnel will bring the hope of breaking the “oasis” position for both Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Binh Dinh; open the doors for trade, socio- economic development, security and national defense, traffic safety, connection between two economic zones of the South of Phu Yen and Van Phong (Khanh Hoa) and tourism development.
