Duong River Surface Water Plant Project

      Duong river surface water plant project covers the area of 61 hectares allowing  to increase the maximum capacity up to 900,000 m3/day implemented by Duong River Surface Water Joint Stock Company in collaboration with Aone Deutschland AG – Strabag, Germany with a total investment of for phase 1 of VND 5,000 billion. Until October 2018, phase 1A of the project was completed, with the capacity of 150,000 m3/day.

     The goal of completing phase 1B is on October 2019, following phase 1A and including the following items: constructing and increasing the capacity to 300,000 m3/day; construction and installation of 15km of clean water transmission pipeline diameter from DN1200-DN800 (0.8m-1.2m).

     To ensure the progress and completion of the project's objectives, the owner focuses on selecting qualified and reputable suppliers in each field. Following the success of phase 1A in 2018, A Chau Industrial Technology JSC continues to receiving the trust of Duong River Surface Water JSC., to become the supplier of medium voltage, low voltage panel systems and transformers for the phase 1B of this project.

     Phase 1B of Duong River Surface Water Plant Project is invested and built according to the Hanoi capital water supply plan to 2030, with a vision to 2050; approved for investment according to the decision No. 499/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister dated on 21/03/2013 and investment policy decision No. 2869/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Hanoi city on 03/06/2016.

     After completing phase 1B, the project will continue to provide clean water to Gia Lam, Long Bien, Soc Son, Dong Anh, Hoang Mai, Thanh Tri, central districts and Hung Yen area. Following this period, the Duong River surface water factory project will develop and expand continuously until 2023 to reach the capacity of 600,000 m3/day and 900,000 m3/day by 2030.
