Hanwha Aero Engines Factory Project

     The project has a total investment of VND 200 million, a plan of expanding the investment up to VND 260 million on a total area of ​​​​about 100,000m2, nearly 8 times larger than the area of ​​a regular football field. It is expected that by the end of April 2018, the first factory will be completed and put into operation, the remaining two factories will be built and completed in 2022. This project will create jobs for about 1,000 labors.

   The groundbreaking of Hanwha Aero Engines Factory of Hanwa Techwin Co., Ltd. has a great significance as it is the first investment project in Vietnam related to the aviation engine industry. It is expected to make an important contribution to the future development of the aviation industry and the precision mechanical processing industry in Vietnam through advanced aviation engine component manufacturing technology and know-hows accumulated during the past 40 years of Hanwha Techwin Group (Korea).

     The Hanwha Techwin brand will be the foundation, creating a spillover effect, helping Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park to attract other high-tech enterprises from Korea and other countries to invest and do business in the near future, contributing to improving the scientific and technological potential of the Northern region in particular and Vietnam in general.
