At 1:00 am on September 26, 2021, when most people were fast asleep, ACIT's staffs completed the next big task of the year, despite the difficulties brought by the Covid-19 epidemic. That was the successful energization of 110kV substation - V1.2 Wind Power Plant project (Tra Vinh).
V1.2 Wind Power Plant was built at the mudflat, along coast of Truong Long Hoa commune, Duyen Hai town, Tra Vinh province, invested by the consortium of Truong Thanh Vietnam Corporation and Sermsang Power Corporation Public (SSP) of Thailand.
The factory has a total investment of over VND 2,232 billion, built on a land with a total area of 209.2 hectares, including 12 wind turbines, with a total installed capacity of 48MW; The operation period is 20 years with the expected annual power output of 162.97 million kWh.
With a long-standing reputation and capacity in the electricity market, experiences in renewable energy projects, A Chau Industrial Technology Joint Stock Company was honored to be the supplier of all equipment and construction of 110kV substation, 110kV connecting transmission line for this key wind power plant project. Specifically, ACIT provides all primary equipment, secondary panel systems, SCADA communications, 35kV medium voltage panels as well as construction and installation of transmission lines and substation, testing services for primary and secondary adjustments, energizing service for 110kV substation of V1-2 Wind Power Plant, Tra Vinh province.
