AMACCAO Quang Tri 1 wind power plant was built in Huong Hoa district - Quang Tri province, invested by Khe Sanh 9 Wind Power Joint Stock Company (AMACCAO Group). The project has a capacity of 49.2 MW with a construction scale of 12 wind turbine towers, 4.1 MW of each. The total land area of the plant is 22.1 hectares located in the communes of Tan Lap, Tan Lien, Huc, Huong Loc and Khe Sanh town, the total investment is up to VND 2,000 billion with the operating period of 50 years.
With its long-term prestige and capacity in the electricity industry market, experiences working on renewable energy projects, A Chau Industrial Technology Joint Stock Company was honored to be the supplier and constructor of 220kV substation for this key wind power plant project. Specifically, ACIT provides secondary panel system, communication, SCADA, 35kV medium voltage panels as well as installation and testing service for primary and secondary equipment, COD testing service for 220kV substation and Wind Power Plant.
Amaccao Quang Tri 1 Wind Power Plant came into operation contributing to realization of the aspiration to turn Quang Tri into an energy center of the Central region.
